Wednesday, April 3, 2013April marks Oral Cancer Awareness Month as clinicans nationwide bring awarness to this disease which will bring 41,380 new cases of cancers of the oral cavity and pharynx in the United Stats this year, resulting in 7,890 deaths.This according to the National Cancer Institute.
As panoramic radiography plays a role in finding early signs of oral cancer, it is our goal to advocate detection through available diagnostics.
