Yes We Can!

So often the success stories go unnoticed, but we experienced one today that is particularly noteworthy and worth sharing!

How often does a piece of equipment fail, requiring immediate attention in your office?

We actually find it occurs quite often, with an urgent request of, (sometimes even pleading), "I need it now!"  And this is where we, as a nimble manufacturer, can thrive! This is certainly predicated on us knowing and/or uncovering the EXACT needs of an an office so that we can tailor a timely solution.

However, we don't always know all the details...

Since the middle part of this past week we have been working with an office looking to replace an existing, malfunctioning panoramic X-ray machine. While we understood replacement was desired quickly, it wasn't until we offered to have the machine installed the next business day (Monday!), that it instantly resonated with the Dr. and his staff as to just how responsive we can be. In fact, the office had already selected another option, but quickly chose Panoramic, knowing our quick work would have a NEW Digital Panoramic Imaging System up an running more quickly saving them down-time and money!  A rewarding win-win!  As we speak, the machine is leaving our facility en route to the office!

And while next-day service isn't always available, we're committed to delivering swift solutions that dental practices can count on!
